Andersen is my first and only IT company, where I started my professional career. And I can safely say that the skills and knowledge I have gained here are priceless. The complexity of tasks increases in proportion to my experience and I have not experienced feeling of hiting the ceiling. There are really invovlved people working here. Most notable sincere team we have picked up: even having the opportunity to work remotely, I go to the office every day :) In my opinion, the company creates all conditions for comfortable work. And if there are any questions, they are always discussed. Aspiration of development is encouraged.
Andersen is not the first company in which I have worked (there is something to compare it with).Btw I had a chance to visit a branch office in Berlin. And I can say without a twinge of conscience that Andersen is really a company about people and about the attitude towards them. Comfortable atmosphere, adequate loading, regular performance reviews and growth. Here anyone who wants to develop will be able to do it with full support from the company and management. The fact that many have come as jumiors without experience and grown up to leads and continue to develop within company is a vivid confirmation of this. I worked here for about 3 years. During this time, I was able to gain good experience and meet cool people, with whom I continue to communicate to this day. I think that Andersen is a great place to start a career. There are both pros and cons. + - benefit package - discounts from partners (cafes, delivery, gyms, marketplaces, etc.) - cool office, fruit, awesome coffee and biscuits - perks for holidays (like QA’s day) - equipment - a wonderful people (probably a lot depends on the team), but I met cool people - minimum bureaucracy when it comes to documents, days off, vacations, certificates and so on - corporate parties are awesome - shower in the office (so hoot now) - - some of the processes are inefficient, but leads are not always ready to change them, even if they do not bring results

In general, my experience with the company was pretty good, a lot of challenges and tasks, a large marketing team (which was also a kind of challenge for me as a manager). Adv-s - A cohesive marketing team, there is an understanding of corporate culture - Andersen is not afraid of experiments and is ready to try everything new - Interesting experience for a marketer of any level - Motivation according to the market - Quick recruitment in case of urgent replacements - The high-quality content of the level is of separate notice - Company's management is quite adequate and purposeful - Everything and everywhere os counted (it's about results, numbers, analytics - I know what I'm talking about) Disadv-s In general, nothing critical. The only thing there were not always enough processes in rolling out new ideas, goals and strategies. I'd like them to have a more step-by-step and thoughtful implementation process.
Choosing Andersen as place of traineeship during university studying was right decision. My projects here are interesting and sometimes require a nontrivial approach (which is clearly a plus). You can always count on help, regardless of whether your computer is slowing (usunięte przez administratora) or the task you are working on seems beyond your strength. A wonderful friendly atmosphere in offices (I visited 3 of them), constant support from management - all this motivates and gives strength to grow and reach new heights.

My first IT company. I work as a BA for a little over a year now. During this time, I managed to work on several projects. So far, I have not faced situations or problems that couldn’t be solved in the company and this refers to both personal and professional issues. Special thanks to the HR department, you can really apply for any reason and get advice, help, support. For me, as a person who came to IT from another sphere, this is still unusual :) and it's great! If you really want to develop, grow, move forward in your own direction or related ones, then this will be only welcome here and will help in every possible way! Definitely recommend it!
I’m working dat Andersen for four month. I am writing a review based solely on my experience. Everyone in the company is really interested in the result and is determined to help. My first days of work coincided with the war and the company did everything possible to ensure that employees were safe and helped financially who needed it. People are valued here, and company does everything to support them. The professionalism of colleagues captivates me - they really love what they do.

A great company for comfortable work and development. Management supporting in difficult situations. The team of professionals do not let you stand still (even if you want to :) ) and there will always be a new challenge. There is an opportunity to work on interesting projects. A good social package, convenient work schedule, compliance with work-life balance (though surely some problems apper from time to time), transparency of processes, excellent offices and wonderful team.
A great company for people who appreciate professional development. Andersen constantly develops and experiments with processes. This allows you to study in practice various methods of work. The team is good. Communication both within teams and between them is simple and relaxed. People are ready to help if difficulties arise. Management actively listens to the employees’ opinions and promptly solves their problems. Andersen promotes knowledge enhancement and skills development.

A great company to start in IT. A very welcoming and affable team, with whom it is very comfortable to work and generally spend time together and relax, friendly managers. I came to the company without commercial experience and with misunderstanding of some things, no one grumbled about it - on the contrary, everyone helped me to figure it out. Andersen is one of the biggest IT companies in the market and with quality working environment. Working here will be an amazing opportunity to learn, grow and explore. Teammates and colleagues are very understanding. Company policies have many things to claim as an employee. the company cares for its employees and is reasonable with the working hours. Its policies allows employees to grow in many ways and find a project heading that suits their expertise and knowledge. It's a great workplace!
I joined the company in the early spring of 2019 because I decided to drastically change my life. Before the internship at Andersen, I completed courses, learnt on my own, tried to get a job without work experience. After a long search for a QA vacancy, I noticed Andersen’s post on LI about QA vacancies. I tried my hand and was offered an internship (no experience). After passing the interview, I was accepted as an intern. The internship at Andersen was a great opportunity for me to structure my knowledge, gain initial experience on the project and a clearer idea of what QA specialists actually do :) Today I work on commercial project in cozy office. Considering the number of employees, you can meet interesting people every day. And of course, working remotely is a great bonus. Andersen is a place of opportunity. It's valuable that employees have a variety of ways of self-develiopment - in both soft- and hard skills. For me, this is especially important as my position is AHR. Training in negotiation, psychology, time management, and others are adjacent to courses in various areas of development, testing, PM, and many others. It's also awesome that anyone can try their strength as an interviewer, a mentor, a technical leader, a resource manager. In my experience, it's always difficult to introduce yourself into an already established process, but my team has made the process a little easier.
