Ja rozumiem że rekruterzy mają bardzo dużo pracy i prowadzą jednocześnie dużo rekrutacji w tym samym czasie. I tez zmieniłem moje podejście i podczas rozmowy staram się uzyskać od razu feedback co rekruter sądzi o mojej kandydaturze. Dzięki temu będę wiedział czy mam jakieś szanse się dostać. I oczywiście co słyszę damy Panu znać do 3 dni właśnie mija ponad miesiąc, zero informacji. Domyślam się że nie jestem osoba której szukają. Ale proszę przestańcie mówić że odezwiecie się za 3 dni. Widzę że to jest praktyka którą jest stosowana już w każdej firmie.

I was able to work with all management members while I was here. I was on the bench, on an internal project, for a month (is it too long? no idea) but I didn’t like it much. GeneralIy I chose Andersen because because of relocation opportunity without problems in any of the offices + flexible schedule. Salary is average on the market from the start, but your income will grow as your career progresses.

While working here, I have got knowledge and experience, and grown professionally in a short period of time. It's useful to have RM, but sometimes it is difficult to get feedback with such a hierarchy. I work with good managers (DMs), who are always ready to help. At first, it was very difficult on the project. Stressful. The client himself is impatient, short-tempered. But over time, you gain patience, calmness, experience, and stuff becomes easier. I do not really like the audit process of the project, but in general everything is ok What could be improved: More attention to the employee, not to the team as a whole, more transparency in the processes (in terms of possible feedback on work)

Initially, I went to Andersen as some kind of temporary option. I read the reviews that they provide you with quick experience here, well, so I decided to come to Andersen to develop and go further. In general, I stayed here, I have been working for more than 3 years. Everything went smoothly: the beginning was hard, a lot of control and tasks. Then it was getting easier, I took on more responsibilities + went to management trainings and grew up to PM there. Already, of course, I've got one more promotion here :)

The first months were not easy for me... At first, my RM moved to another department and I didn't have time to figure out who he was and what for. Then my manager who approved the vacations also left, and again I had no idea where to get approval. Soon it was all this mess over, and I really felt like they were trying to promote an employee up the career ladder here. I came to the conclusion: it is better to settle not in the holiday season, as in August. Anyway I'd like to stay here as much as possible.

I collected a bunch of certificates from all sorts of courses and knew theoretical basis. But Andersen is the company for which papers are not the most important thing, here first of all they appreciate your skills and brain. Well, in my case, the skills were rated higher than what is written in my cool certificates, so I got a better position than I expected, there's definitely nothing to complain about. The disadvantage that I noticed is a complex management system in the company, after all, it is large... and it continues to grow.

I was with the company over a year. Excellent company, excellent project with a lot of complex technical tasks that give you the opportunity to upgrade your knowledge and skills - for example, working in logistics domain (I had such project). Andersen team are incredible guys who help solve any problems and questions - and no matter what problem you ask for help: personal or working character - you'll always get help. I'd also like to note the company’s activity after the 24th. The company helped all employees to the extent possible - someone organized a transfer to safer places, someone helped with finding housing, someone who was outside the territory of our country helped legally. It’s cool that the company is actively joining all volunteer activities organized by the guys from our company. In general, I was happy with the team with which I worked to achieve my goals.

Praca jest interesująca, nie zawsze ekscytująca, ale na pewno interesująca. Nauczyli mnie, jak skutecznie znaleźć nowych klientów. Mam nadzieję, że mój szef jest zadowolony :)

I was interviewed in last December. The process itself was more of less transparent and fast. At the technical interview, I didn't feel like I was being interrogated. Communication with the recruiter also left only positive emotions. When I got my offer, I was excited about the chance to work here. So, I'll move on to what I like mostly. Now I work remotely and I'm not tied to one place. At the same time enjoy all the bonuses as an office employee (or at least hope I do). For example, I have good insurance, gym compensation, I have access to the huge Andersen training system. Also, I have a mentor assigned to me. Of course, I can ask questions to more experienced employees since there are a lot of really cool specialists working here. We're going through a tough time at this moment, but the company is expanding and opening new offices throughout Europe.

Pros If you're not satisfied with the client you're working for, you can change it. Upgrading your level is very clear and formal: twice a year they have assessment where you can prove you deserve upgrading. They have mentoring program. If you feel you need some help before assessment, mentor can help you with that. They attach to you your personal assistant which helps you with the process and can answer all questions you might possibly have. Cons Almost everything depends on client you're working for: management, processes, etc. Salary overall is below the average.

In the past four years here, I've made several observations: I am surrounded by hard working people and it feels great to be supported in various work streams that require cross-departmental teaming. Andersen still has a startup feel with a fast-paced environment compared with other companies of similar size. There are plenty of trainings available. It just can feel like 'too much' at times. You must prioritize and manage your time & energy. The initial months of onboarding can feel overwhelming. Some thrive and some don't - it takes a bit of patience to fully adapt. Andersen provided me an opportunity for more personal growth after 3 years by supporting my desire for an internal transfer.

Management are professionals in their field. - Certificates, self-development are encouraged, there are projects within the company where you can try yourself in something new. There is an internship for students of IT specialties. - Communication with the customer is always at a high level too, company is interested in quality, sometimes going beyond the classical boundaries of its field of knowledge (but within budget). *downsides* - Sometimes approvals take longer than usual. - Not everyone likes open space.
