Hello, We work in finance department for US in Electrolux Krakow. When we were starting work here it was so positive and friendly even if there was intensive and a lot of work to do. We would like to continue our carriers here but it's getting worse and worse with no positive signal from management and HR. Despite regular complaints and regular feedback to North America manager, there is no improvement. There is improvement from time to time for example when there is some escalation to higher manager. Our proces manager is in this role few years now. She wasn't the best candidate and had poor reputation. People never liked her. Seems our director prefers to hire people with good doggy approach to work. Manager always say yes, doesn't matter of results of her actions and impact on others. The most important is to keep supervisor or main stakeholders happy. The rest can live in a stress and no possibility to say what to think. Most of stakeholders loves her because she does evertyhing for them. In our department, we have AP, AR, GL under this one manager. In those teams maybe it's not great but still we work together in good way. But for example Collection team is a nightmare. Like factories in China. Only work, work, stress and more expctations. And low salary. And all time talking about costs. It's not our fault that North America have bad results. But always manager will blaim us because she is the best in blaming. The atmosphere in Collection is toxic, there is lack of respect. The manager recently forced other team leader and other team members in her department to change positions without giving them a choice and move them to Collection team. Of course officially, everyone are happy about the change. And what Electrolux is doing to improve the situation? Her lollipops nominates her to Electrolux Leadership award... It sounds like joke. If someone is not happy working in Electrolux always can leave. But without this manager, most of people would be happy and give postive energy back, value to the company by taking new challnges. Of course always can come new manager with similar approach but this would mean that the director of this center did not learn anything about North America process manager and also hard to even imagine that you could find another (usunięte przez administratora)like her. We hope this opinion will help someone and maybe someone from Electrolux will read it and do something in this matter to change situation of its employees.
The sad thing is that this is truth, I must confirm, NA department is a nightmare. I decided leave OTC NA team because Process Manager does not care about people, only delivering the goals matters, she creates not pleasant atmosphere. I also had pleasure working for OTC Europe and it is completely different approach there (many projects, a lot of work but there is teamship, Team Leaders and Manager approach is excellent). Doggy approach for NA Manager description is a perfect one. If you are not the NA Manager lollipops, be aware of consequences.

Praca odbywa się zupełnie zdalnie. A jeśli chodzi o stawki - to zależy od działu. Inne stawki będą w HRach, inne w księgowości.
zaskocze Cie - stawki między HR a Finansami wcale się nie różnią. Są oczywiście osoby które mają o wiele wyższe zarobki ale to jednostki ogółem wszyscy mają bardzo podobne pensje
