Odnośnie freezów i braku perspektyw. Po prostu Stejtowi przestaje się opłacać outsourcować pracy do Polski, podziękujcie pewnej partii, jej programom socjalnym i wynikającej stąd inflacji. Od przyszłego roku kolejna, niemająca pokrycia w ekonomii podwyżka płacy minimalnej.

I have worked for a significant duration in this organization in Poland. I can no longer confine my thoughts within these four walls; I need to express myself. The truth must be spoken. This location has consistently been viewed as a source of cheap labor, inferior to us. I am pleased that the illusion of your voice carrying weight is beginning to fade. The expectation is for you to be inexpensive, obedient, and avoid causing any difficulties. Accomplish more while receiving the same compensation, wear a smile, and nod at everything we say—similar to a waiter in a restaurant. Nothing more, nothing less. If you are genuinely considering your career, it is advisable to leave environments like this as soon as possible, either for consulting or prominent Polish firms. Emigration is also a viable option, given that we are currently witnessing a decline in the era of outsourcing to Poland. The golden age is over, and the longer you remain in this industry, the less your market value would be. Aside from copy-pasting in a foreign sweatshop, what other qualifications do you possess? What valuable experiences and credentials can you truly showcase? If you are unsure, we won't be offering any guidance. Wondering why? Because our interest lies in preventing you from being competitive in the job market, effectively keeping you trapped in our ecosystem. A genuine vertical career in an American bank remains elusive for you; your viewpoints will never hold the same weight as those of your Western colleagues. Your professional advancement is of no concern to anyone. Regardless of your corporate rank, you are nothing more than our humble servants full of silly enthusiasm. Embrace this reality boldly and gather the strength to take control of your lives. P.S. I apologize for the directness of my words. My intention was to dismantle the cycle of misleading rhetoric that inundates your innocent minds from every corner of this establishment.

Bitter truth is always better than a sweet illusion. Many thanks for this view, as a person with a long (too long perhaps) work record here I share this opinion. Just have a look on who gets promoted. Are they quality professionals? Or maybe they just serve blindly and have no remorse for inferior to them?
