Przebieg rekrutacji

I applied for a junior frontend position in the company. Shortly after that I received an email with online coding challenges and questions. All went well and after I finished the challenges, I sent an email confirming it was done. I got an email back that they will check my results and contact me. Guess what - 2 weeks passed but I hadn't heard from the HR. Then I asked if there's any update regarding my application. On the next day I received an answer that they actually had decided to close the recruitment for this position. But "Good job!" - you got 30/30 on the challenges.... Of course, if I didn't ask what was going on, I wouldn't know that the job opening is canceled. As there were other recruitment processes going on in the company simultaneously, I decided to politely ask to join some of them if possible - I already had spent a few hours for their task. But I simply got ghosted. No response whatsoever; not even a simple rejection. The company in general from outside looks cool and nice. I really wanted to join their team. But the HR really screwed it this time. If the management see this message - please, please, please improve the communication with your candidates and don't copy the bad practices of big corporations.
