SWAROVSKI GLOBAL BUSINESS SERVICES
Global Business Services (GBS) organization supports all of Swarovski with state-of-the-art business services and expertise, allowing our business colleagues to focus on delighting customers with our brilliant products. The structure of the GBS organization follows the logic of end-to-end processes and agile service delivery around the globe. The GBS model represents a collective set of resources, capabilities, and systems to deliver integrated support services across an organization in areas such as IT, finance and accounting, human resources, procurement and other. These services are delivered on a global scale, including elements of internal shared services, outsourcing partners, and centers of expertise.
Our team in Gdansk develops and delivers high quality, multi-functional services and solutions to all parts of Swarovski, in close collaboration with our GBS spokes located in Penang/Malaysia and in San José/Costa Rica as well as with all other GBS teams around the globe.
GBS HUB GDAŃSK
Established in 2017, our activities in Hub Gdansk include a growing number of global service delivery teams, global centers of expertise and the management of our global service delivery network. Our team develops and delivers high quality, multi-functional services and solutions to all parts of Swarovski, in close collaboration with our colleagues worldwide.
In 2018 GBS Hub Gdańsk has been named the number One Most Desired Employer in Poland’s Shared Service & BPO sector, by Antal Annual Report. Swarovski Global Business Service is also ACCA Approved Employer — certified employer within the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
OUR OFFICE:
Located in the multifunctional and historical district of Gdańsk (Garnizon) in the city center. 3 floors of brand new office which is conveniently accessible by the local public transport and located near the motorway and Tri-City airport.
Green and energy efficient building with its own parking space.
Over 30 conference rooms, 6 kitchens, fun room, chillout room and Swarovski creative room.
In 2020 & 2021 we work mainly from home until the pandemic ends.
