GLOBAL MASTER DATA & IT OPERATIONS

 

  • Global Master Data: maintenance of master data within ERP system, being responsible for various objects: Vendors, Customers, Finance & Controlling, Pricing, Inbound and Outbound Materials 
  •  Content Management: managing content such as knowledge articles in ServiceNow, products information, digital screens in store, media asset management. The team is also supporting campaigns for all international markets as well as handling translation-localization processes with supplier support
  • IT Global Service Desk: 1st level support for all IT-related inquiries, e.g. applications, hardware, network, retail, user accounts management
  • IT Retail Operations: 2nd level support for all Swarovski Stores, including back-end and point-of-sales technology in the areas of returns, electronic gift cards, fiscalization, planning and merchandise management
  • Application Support: delivering 2nd level support for various applications for Swarovski employees
  • Workday Support: 1st and 2nd level support delivered to Swarovski employees, responsible for functional stream and integrations of Workday with third party systems. Team is involved in Workday development activities and projects
  • ServiceNow Support: delivering 1st and 2nd level support, involved in development activities of ServiceNow application, supporting the roll out of the solution within the company 


CUSTOMER AND CONSUMER SERVICE OPERATIONS

  • Customer Services B2B: supporting business customers by advising on product and application of loose crystal elements to meet the customers’ design and production needs, being a trusted business partner — dealing with corporate clients who purchase Swarovski products for their gifting portfolio, being part of vibrant team supporting each other in handling business customers based in Europe and Africa in 7 languages
  •  Consumer Services B2C:  supporting individual clients in all matters connected with their purchases online and in physical shops — answering product and availability questions, resolving warranty, repair and online order issues, providing help to collectors and loyalty program members


FINANCE OPERATIONS

Reliable and trustful partner to local business: retail, manufacturing, supply chain and corporate functions. Finance Operations is process based organization delivering end-to-end processes within:

Source to Pay:

  • Negotiate contacts with global suppliers, Materials and services purchasing, Suppliers onboarding & portfolio management via Ariba solution, Posting invoices and execute payments, Travel and accommodation expenses

Order to Cash:

  • Credit risk management, Payment plans management, Cash collection, Payments allocation and customer accounts reconciliation, Retail cashbook reconciliation

Record to Report:

  • Balance Sheet readiness and Profit & Loss statements, Accruals and provisions, Inventory accounting, Fixed Assets management, Tax Declarations and statistical reports, Monthly closing procedures

Report to Decision (Controlling):

  • Functional Controlling, Budgeting and Forecasting, Reporting and analysis (Sales, Opex, Communication Cost, Retail P&L, Capex, HC etc.), Managerial reporting and presentations (QBR), Loss prevention, Fraud prevention
