Piotr Kaminski, Principal Technologist - Storage Engineer

My name is Piotr and I've been getting my hands dirty in the IT world for over two decades.

I've worn a lot of hats in my time, starting as a Network Admin, then moving into ERP systems and Unix Administration. These days, I'm leaning more into Data Engineering and Automation Engineering, but still deeply rooted in the SAN & Storage space.

Thanks to the fantastic self-development culture at Ensono, I've been able to follow my passion while expanding my horizons. For me Ensono, as a company, hits that sweet spot representing a unique blend of enterprise and intimacy in the IT industry. It is already large enough to give you the opportunity to work on enterprise-scale systems, but at the same time, it is still small enough that every employee is valued as a key player rather than a replaceable cog in the huge, soulless machinery.

What's more, currently they're supporting me in making temporary relocation to the US (planned for July 2023). Ensono for me it's a company where bright ideas get a chance to shine, where hard work gets a high-five, and where personal growth is part of the daily agenda.

Klaudiusz Konieczka, Director, Mainframe System Programming

More than 22 years of experience in IT Industry. Almost all of my career is connected with Mainframes. A small break was for two years when I worked in building High Power Computer - Prometheus.
I moved to Ensono one year ago, because I found it an interesting opportunity for me to build a new, significant Mainframe team in Poland.
In one year we successfully hired 10 Mainframe Specialists in Poland and additional recruitments are in progress.
Ensono is growing fast, new customers and services are onboarded all the time. It is a really good time to be here. The number of customers in Ensono, the variety of tasks, and the complexity of the environment it is all I enjoy. We as an Ensono are also in vanguard in Mainframe modernization -z/OSmf, zowe, ansible, automation.
Privately I am married, and a father of two teenagers: a son 18 and a daughter 13. I enjoy volleyball, skydiving and shooting. I am also a Soldier of the Territorial Defense Forces.
