EPAM Systems

EPAM Poland is involved in many initiatives that support corporate social responsibility, getting involved with activities aimed at improving the quality of life and education for children and adults. EPAMers eagerly join these types of meaningful projects, and personally initiate many activities that bring real value to the community, the organization and the individuals who participate. 

EPAMERS CHANGE THE WORLD FOR THE BETTER THANKS TO: 

• Paddle for the Rivers. In 2022, EPAMers collected more than 200 kg of waste from the largest Polish rivers in Gdansk, Krakow and Warsaw.

• Do Nasadzenia. In 2021, almost 90,000 trees were planted in the Osobowice district of Wroclaw in the Lipusz Forest District. And in 2022, EPAMers already planted 3,000 trees in Wroclaw, Katowice and Siedlce.
   
• Clean Baltic. EPAMers collected rubbish from the beaches and shores of the Baltic Sea.
   
• Green Sweep. An ecological initiative aimed at collecting waste. 
   
• Hack4Change Hackathon. As a main sponsor in 2022, EPAMers supported the creation of technologically advanced projects that improve the quality of life in local communities.
   
• Dom Aniołów Stróżów. In 2021, volunteers taught the basics of programming in Scratch.
   
• Mam Marzenie Foundation. In 2021, as part of the 10th anniversary celebration in Poland, EPAM fulfilled the dream of a young Piotr, who is under the care of the Mam Marzenie Foundation, and financed the construction of a tree house in the garden near his house.
   
• Szlachetna Paczka. EPAM participated with material support for families in need.
   
• Poland Business Run Foundation. EPAM helped the foundation’s beneficiaries; last year’s edition of the competition was unique, with as many as 47 teams from EPAM Poland taking part.
