STEP 1: Send your CV
Find a job offer at https://iceo.co/career and apply! At ICEO we work in an international environment, so please send your CV in English.
STEP 2: Let’s talk!
The Talent Acquisition team will review your CV, and if you are the person we are looking for, you will receive an invitation to an approximately 30-45 minute online meeting. Here, we will tell you about ourselves and our projects and ask basic questions about your experience to see if we're a match. Your TA Partner, who is your first point of contact, will support you throughout the entire process, so please feel free to ask any questions. :)
STEP 3: Get to know you better
Depending on the role you're applying for, our recruitment process typically involves 2-4 stages, each lasting around 1-1.5 hours. You'll meet with your potential leader and team members for discussions on your motivations, approach to the role, and domain expertise and experience. We'll also assess your skills in handling various situations or familiarity with our tech stack (in some of the roles), adherence to best practices, and knowledge of specific tools.
STEP 4: Feedback
We will do our best to get back to you with feedback within a week - regardless of the outcome of the recruitment process. During the recruitment process, we will invite you to take part in a satisfaction survey so that we can optimise it. Remember, if you have been unsuccessful once, it doesn't mean you can't apply to other job offers.
