Office - with regular visits at the office at its core. Your job depends on your regular office presence, and your tasks could not be fully performed working from home
Flex - benefiting from both remote and office worlds. You live close enough to show up in the office 2 days a week
Remote - all about working from all around. You perform your work and rock it by being fully remote
