Your responsibilities
- Analyses technical documentations to compare with plans. Creates and updates system to reflect changes and works with customer and external company to ensure appropriate levels of engagement and communication. Uses available tools and resources, to track the progress of construction.
- Receives technical documentation to check constrution progress
- Performs technical analysis of documentation
- Reports progress in the system
- Contacts with external constuction company
- Provides training and advice for less experienced team members.
Our requirements
- Proficient command of German (at min. C1 level).
- English language skills will be additional asset
- Architecture related experience, construction work etc.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
- PC literacy, especially usage of Microsoft Office package
- Willingness to work in shifts
