We are continuously looking for smart, committed people who are good team players. Our recruitment process may differ depending on the job position you are applying for.

Onboarding process for suppliers

  1. Job openings

  2. CV in English
    Apply for one of the exciting positions or send us your CV in English directly.
  3. Interview
    If we find your CV of interest, you will be called for an interview in one of our offices. Alternatively, we will set up a Skype meeting.
  4. Selection Day
    If the interview is a success, you will be asked to participate in our Selection Day. Here your skills will be tested and you will be doing interesting teamwork exercises.
  5. Beginner’s Day
    You will receive a thorough introduction to all areas of FairWind by participating in Beginner’s Day.
  6. Sign the contract
    The contract between you and FairWind will be signed.
