KAYSER AUTOMOTIVE SYSTEMS, a family-owned company with a long tradition, sees itself as one of the world’s leading developers and suppliers in the automotive industry. With over 60 years of automotive experience, we develop and manufacture highly complex and innovative systems for all types of drive systems to reduce emissions. Customer satisfaction, quality and sustainability are the focus of our everyday work.
Responsible and lawful action is one of the basic requirements for our entrepreneurial success. We recognise our social and societal responsibility and set ourselves the goal of being a social employer everywhere in the world. Within the KAYSER Group we ensure compliance with the many different legal standards and create a working environment characterised by integrity, respect and fair and responsible action, whilst adhering to high ethical standards. Our employees receive regular training on the topics of compliance and code of conduct.
Occupational health and safety and environmental protection is an integral part of our philosophy. A high level of environmental awareness and energy efficiency are particularly important to us so that future generations can also follow a sustainable path. The implementation of and compliance with our management systems is reflected in our certifications to DIN EN ISO 14001, DIN ISO 45001 und DIN EN ISO 50001.
We attach great importance to sustainability and the careful use of resources and request our suppliers to do the same in compliance with our sustainability guidelines. The aim of the guidelines is to meet the constantly increasing market demands made on sustainability and reliability.
Our reliability is also reflected in our zero-fault strategy. We aim to meet the quality demands of our customers. To this end, we have developed a modern quality management system and are certified according to IATF 16949
In combination with our highly competent team and constant dialogue with our customers, we offer results based on experience, innovation, service and customer orientation.
The suitability, effectiveness and efficient implementation of the site-specific management systems are regularly evaluated by top management and continuous improvement realised through target setting. The compliance with applicable legal requirements is also reviewed in this context and the awareness of employees for the environment, sustainability, occupational health and safety and quality increased on an ongoing basis.
