Hello, Dear @ll, This is really very funny to read this stuff from anonymous persons. If you are sure for 100% why would you like to hide your names :) The Head of Marketing who works in SmartTel Plus is from Estonia, was born in Estonia. But where is the connection regarding the origin of the company and the need to have employees who are from Estonia? Why would you like to complain always instead of doing something in order to reach the success? Regarding the feedback about the product that it's not sellable, I'm ready to provide any of you with an access to the product for free for 3 working days in order to be sure that you don't have the analogs on a polish market and everything works perfectly. This is the email: [email protected] To be honest, I understand your negative, but first of all, it's necessary to try to take responsibility and be more initiative instead of to be waiting for the miracle. This is about your comments regarding the order from HR to leave the positive opinion about the company on this portal. In order to be sure that you are absolutely right regarding your "truth" about the company at the next time please point out the results that you showed and reached working there. OK. :) "But where is the connection regarding the origin of the company and the need to have employees who are from Estonia?" The connection is simple. If a russian company, lead by a (former) russian CEO, with russian capital explicitly FORBIDS its employees to mention the origins of said company, then you know there's something shady going on. The running joke in the office was that it's a money laundering scheme for russian mob (because of the shockingly amateurish way the whole thing is being managed). "Why would you like to complain always instead of doing something in order to reach the success?" There were countless suggestions how to improve the situation. Pretty much everything was ignored. Also, I'm pretty sure that for if somebody for example works in administration, it's NOT his job to improve the broken product! "It's necessary to try to take responsibility and be more initiative instead of to be waiting for the miracle" What? YOU FIRED PEOPLE AFTER A MONTH. How is the bad financial situation of the company, and the mismanagement of the product their fault? Very unfair to put the blame on people who didn't even have time to be properly onboarded (there was no onboarding process btw). Nobody cared about the results as people were laid off despite having great results. Take your propaganda where it belongs - back to Russia.

Nie ma sensu kłamać? Powiedz to osobom prowadzącym u was rozmowy kwalifikacyjne. Wszystko co usłyszałem na rozmowie było bowiem kłamstwem.
