1.Send Your Resume and talk to our Recruitment Specialist
Duration: 30-60 minutes
Please, submit your resume in English. Recruiters conduct the first interview over the phone or via remote connection technologies. The recruiter will describe a company and brief you with several vacancies to provide you wide selection of opportunities. We would like to hear about your motivation for changing your workplace and choosing Luxoft. We want to talk about your professional experience and your availability. Also, we would like to hear about your financial and career expectations. Further, a recruiter will present your future tasks and working conditions.
Finally, you will obtain information about the next stage of the recruitment process, and you will be able to discuss further interaction with the company.
2.Interview with Technical Specialist
Duration: 1 hour
The date and time of the interview will be agreed upon in advance for your convenience. When you are considering several vacancies for different projects, we can organize several technical interviews. It is to target the required skills for each project. The technical interview, in most cases, is a prime opportunity for you to meet your future colleagues. You can ask any questions you may have about the skills and technologies implemented in the project.
3. Project Lead Interview
Duration: 1 hour
After succeeding in the technical interview, we will confirm if your skills meet the project’s requirements. Then, we will invite you for an interview with the project lead. At this stage, you may get questions about your personal qualities and career aspirations. There might be some technical questions as well if anything still needs to be clarified.
For some projects, before you will get a job offer, a client interview could be required. Usually, that is a technical interview with a representative of the company in which we are implementing the project.
4.Job Offer
Duration: 15 minutes
