I worked with this company for nearly a year. Unfortunately, I had to return to my hometown for personal reasons, but I’ve always appreciated the opportunity and would gladly work with them again in the future.
I would like to address some misinformation I’ve seen. One particular case involved an employee who signed a contract, worked only a few days, and then began to demand changes to the agreement—including a salary increase—without having shown any performance. Shortly after, she went on sick leave, expecting payment despite not having met the minimum period for such entitlement under employment law.
During her trial period, she often worked remotely, did not collaborate well with her supervisor, and didn’t fulfill key responsibilities. Despite being given multiple chances to succeed, her performance remained poor. Additionally, it was discovered that her CV contained false information about her past experience.
This individual later attempted to portray herself as a victim, which I believe is unfair. It’s concerning to hear that another company might hire her without being aware of this background.
On the other hand, the company I worked for supported many workers, including helping with relocation costs and legal documentation like TRCs. They do not charge recruitment fees, unlike many others, and they genuinely try to assist employees.
