W dniu 13 czerwca w Event Hall w Fabryce Norblina (Warszawa, Polska) odbyła się konferencja "CX with a human touch" zorganizowana w ramach odchodów 20-lecia firmy Foundever w Polsce!
Podczas konferencji mieliśmy okazję wysłuchać dwóch inspirujących prezentacji:
1. Success of Poland's Transformation, przedstawioną przez Agnieszkę Szwedę (Key Expert in Investment Support Department, Polish Investment & Trade Agency)
2. Leveraging Generative AI for Customer Experience, focusing on ROI and added value, którą wygłosił Guillaume Laparote (Chef AI Officer, Foundever)
A także ekspertów w 3 blokach tematycznych:
1. Beyond Chatbots: Innovations in Digital Interactions. The role of technology in delivering personalized customer interactions at scale, w którym udział wzięli: Paweł Łopatka (VP of Sales Europe, Link Group), Michał Stanisławek (Founder & CEO, Utter.one) i Paweł Płocki (Managing Director, Trumpf Shared Services Center), a moderatorem dyskusji był Wiktor Doktór (CEO, Pro Progressio)
2. The Human Element: Harmonising EX & CX. How fostering positive employee experiences leads to meaningful customer relationships, w którym udział wzięli: Dominik Kalinowski (Head of Outsourcing, Antal Poland), Rafał Glogier - Osiński (Chief Growth Officer, EWL Group), Monika Röhr-Łukasik (Regional Director Poland & Bulgaria, Foundever), a moderatorem dyskusji była: Joanna Pszczółkowska (Regional Head Talent Operations Germany, The Netherlands & Türkiye)
3. Empowering CX Champions: Nurturing Advocates Within Teams. Transforming organizational mindset for customer-centricity, w którym udział wzięli: Piotr Wojciechowski (CEO & Founder, Fuzers), Robert Fintak (Founder, Hutchinson Institute), Bruno Soares (Continuous Improvement Director, Foundever), a moderatorem dyskusji był: Krzysztof Buczyński (Business Development Manager, Foundever)
Całość wydarzenia poprowadzili Monika Röhr-Łukasik (Regional Director Poland & Bulgaria) i Wiktor Doktór (CEO, Pro Progressio).
Podczas konferencji oraz sesji networkingowej mieliśmy okazję uczestniczyć w wielu inspirujących rozmowach z gośćmi przybyłymi z całego świata i na co dzień pracującymi w różnych firmach. Obecność Oliviera Camino (Chief Operating Officer, Foundever) i Benedity Mirandy (General Manager for the Multilingual Region, Foundever) dodatkowo uświetniła nasze wydarzenie.
Po konferencji odbył się uroczysty bankiet, podczas którego uhonorowano pracowników o najdłuższym stażu w Foundever, czyli tych, którzy z firmą są od 10 lat i więcej. Szczególną uwagę zwróciła osoba, która towarzyszy nam niemal od samego początku i otrzymała statuetkę za 19 lat pracy! Bankiet nie tylko upamiętnił te wyjątkowe osiągnięcia, ale także stanowił idealną okazję do podsumowania dwóch dekad działalności firmy w Polsce oraz refleksji nad osiągniętymi sukcesami.

On June 13th, at Event Hall in the Norblin Factory (Warsaw, Poland), the conference 'CX with a human touch' took place, organized as part of Foundever's 20th anniversary celebrations in Poland!
During the conference, we had the opportunity to listen to two inspiring presentations:
1. Success of Poland's Transformation, delivered by (Key Expert in Investment Support Department, Polish Investment & Trade Agency)
2. Leveraging Generative AI for Customer Experience, focusing on ROI and added value, presented by Guillaume Laparote (Chef AI Officer, Foundever)

The entire event was hosted by Monika Röhr-Łukasik (Regional Director Poland & Bulgaria) and Wiktor Doktór (CEO, Pro Progressio).
Throughout the conference and networking sessions, participants engaged in enriching conversations with international guests from diverse professional backgrounds. The presence of Olivier Camino (Chief Operating Officer, Foundever) and Benedita Miranda (General Manager for the Multilingual Region, Foundever) further enriched our event.
After the conference, a ceremonial banquet took place where employees with the longest tenure at Foundever, those who have been with the company for 10 years or more, were honored. Special attention was given to an individual who has been with us almost from the very beginning and received an award for 19 years of service! The banquet not only celebrated these remarkable achievements but also served as a perfect occasion to reflect on two decades of the company's operations in Poland and to contemplate the successes attained.
