I’m no longer working at VentorTech, but I want to leave an honest review, because my experience there was genuinely good.
To keep it real - it’s a solid, normal workplace where you can actually grow if you’re willing to. No fairy tales, no “we’re a family” vibe. Just a company where you learn a lot and get better at what you do.
What I personally appreciated:
VentorTech has very strong expertise in Odoo. You get exposed to real projects and real problems, so your skills grow fast.
The team is smart, helpful, and down-to-earth. Not perfect (no team is), but full of people you can talk to, ask questions, and learn from.
Management gives direct feedback. Sometimes tough, but honest - and that helped me a lot.
HR actually cares. Not in a corporate-slogan way, but in a practical “let’s fix this” way.
There are real opportunities to grow. If you do your job well, it gets noticed, and you can take on more responsibility.
Of course, there were challenges - fast pace, many tasks, and sometimes chaotic changes. But honestly, that’s how growing IT companies work. I never saw it as a deal-breaker, just part of the environment.
Overall, I left for personal reasons, but I have no bitterness about it. VentorTech gave me solid experience, great people, and a lot of professional growth. I’m grateful for the time I spent there and I don’t regret joining for a second.
