!سلام عليكم A WARNING for cleaning maids who would like to try working
for Kazou Residence. The women who answer phones -- I guess there is more
than one such woman -- are quite uninformed, act a bit rude and are nice
but not professional.
There is a job offer on the local Internet added on the 3 August, 2020
and the description says cleaning maids needed for everyday apartment cleaning.
Those women who answer phones say that yes, cleaners are needed and there is
a payed trial day the next day and that the candidate should go to a given address
and perform the cleaning for the boss of the cleaners to see and decide
whether or not they are to be employed. They also say they are going to send the adress
in a few minutes via text message.
It often happens that no matter how good and quick the cleaning maid is the boss
decides to use them for a single cleaning only and not to give them a regular job.,
regardless. But that's true about many employers in that sector.
I talked to one of those ladies in the morning on Tuesday and I naively assumed
I was going to get that job. One should not make such assumptions in this country.
I made the assumption and did not look for another morning job for the whole day.
Which I could do -- easily achieving the obvious desired effect.
In the late afternoon on the same day the message with the address was still not delivered.
When I called Kazou again another lady said that yes, cleaning women are still needed
and that she is going to ask the boss of the cleaners and let me know.
She did not call me back. No answer as an answer? Perhaps. Called for the 3rd time
the next day in the morning, one of the ladies said that no, cleaning maids are not needed,
anymore.
I must say that the overall performance of those receptionists is disappointing.
