Your responsibilities
- Making phone contact with selected companies (exclusively in the B2B segment) and scheduling appointments for Technical Sales Consultants,
- Collaborating with the Business Sales Partner for the designated area and the company's headquarters,
- Building and maintaining relationships with interested companies,
- Regularly updating the customer database and summarizing sales results.
Our requirements
- Proficiency in Italian (C1/C2 level) (Italian native or fluent with Italian accent).
- Sales experience is a STRONG asset, but as mentioned, your role is not sales-focused; you're scheduling appointments for Technical Sales Consultants.
- Working hours are Monday to Friday from 10 am to 6 pm.
- English welcome but not required.
- Experience in a contact center/call center with outbound calls is a STRONG asset.
What we offer
- Basic salary: PLN 6400 gross
- Bonus for YOUR RESULTS. We pay for performance, and based on experience from another market, it can amount up to PLN 10,000 gross per month (with no upper limit).
- Sales Performance Bonus: ADDITIONAL BONUS for sales made by the Sales Representative as a result of appointments you scheduled.
- Employment type: contract of mandate (Umowa zlecenie), B2B contract
