Your responsibilities
- Monitoring and documentation of production trials
- Optimization of the processes in the production
- Supporting of our production team in case of extrusion issues
- Mapping production-relevant processes in our IT systems
- Transfer recipes and parts lists into production-ready forms via our IT system
- Knowledge of raw materials for a qualified assessment of their usability
- Participation in projects to increase product quality and productivity
- Leading projects
- Carry out very close cooperation with the interfaces
- Optimizing processes
- Advising and supporting other departments with questions and problems relating to raw materials - finished goods - premixes - production processes
- Work preparation, the aim is always to produce very good product quality at the best possible cost
- Close cooperation with Production, Purchasing, Quality Assurance, Quality Management, Production Planning, Raw Materials Planning, Laboratory, Recerch & Development Nutrition, Product Management departments
- Business trips from time to time to Kleinheubach (10%)
Our requirements
- Degree in food technology or a related course of study (e.g. agricultural sciences/ nutrition sciences with a focus on food/feed technology)
- Deep knowledge of feed technology, experience in extrusion technology would be beneficial
- Customer-oriented, flexible action as well as analytical thinking even under high work pressure
- Good English skills (min. B2) (alternatively: Good German language skills and the willingness to improve the English skills)
- High motivation to work in an international team
- Willingness to work at our location in Kleinheubach (Germany) for some periods, especially during the onboardin
