Your responsibilities
- Identifying potential areas of process improvement and implementing the projects necessary to achieve such improvements - with supervision of the Medical Director
- Responsibility for the optimization of operations in order to reduce costs and improve quality and safety - in particular for the constant striving to generate efficiency and conducting projects to improve the organization - for example optimisation of the organization of stationary care activities, device usage, maintenance process or organization of regional branches
- Introducing new scopes of medical services and activities or new medical devices if relevant
- Ensure the rapid and effective integration of potential acquisitions into Betamed’s operational framework
- Implementing or improving compliance with procedures, instructions and AirLiquide group operational standards (for example IMS) Cooperation with Betamed’s Management board on operational topics
- Collaboration with representative of the Air Liquide group on operational topics and projects
Our requirements
- Professional experience proven by completed optimisation projects
- Completed higher education - management or project management related
- Excellent Project Management and problem solving skills
- Project Management certification (PMP or CAPM) and LEAN certifications (green Belt, Black Belt) are a strong plus
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to facilitate collaboration between many stakeholders
- Ability to learn quickly and actively seek out new knowledge, to deep dive into diverse topics
- Strong analytical skills, well structured and rigorous mindset
- Some basic finance knowledge (P&L analysis) is a plus
- Knowledge of the healthcare sector is a nice to have
- Good English required, written & verbal skills

The main objective of this position will be identifying areas of potential improvement in our operations and to conduct projects to streamline our processes and reinforce the efficiency of our organization. In this role, a successful candidate will cooperate with multiple stakeholders across the business in order to contribute to overall success of the enterprise.
