Your responsibilities

  • Develop and implement performance metrics and reporting processes to monitor service performance
  • Collect and analyze data related to service performance, including service availability, reliability, completeness, responsiveness, and efficiency metrics
  • Identify trends and patterns in service performance data and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders
  • Work with service teams to further identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations to enhance service performance
  • Collaborate with the HR Operations Management and other analysts and stakeholders to recommend, develop and implement wider solutions to improve service performance
  • Monitor and drive or facilitate the assigned improvement initiatives aligned with the company methodologies and practices
  • Develop and deliver presentations and reports to communicate service performance results and recommendations to management and other stakeholders
  • Supports the implementation of new HR Operation processes

Employer requirements

  • University degree in business administration, HR, or a related field of study
  • At least 5 years of experience in analyzing and enhancing service performance, preferably within HR services, in a large-scale organization
  • Work experience in a Shared Service Center
  • Proficiency in data analysis with a strong grasp of service management concepts, enabling effective analysis and monitoring of service performance
  • Good understanding of HR processes
  • Strong continuous improvement mindest and drive to actively pursue opportunities to elevate service performance
  • In-depth HR subject matter expertise coupled with solid business acumen
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify service performance issues and devise practical solutions
  • Knowledge of Project and/or Portfolio Management, Agile, Kaizen, Hoshin Kanri, and A3PS methodologies
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent MS Office skills, knowledge in business intelligence, data analysis, and visualization tools as well as hands-on experience in Service Delivery and Management tools
