Your responsibilities

Act as Business Partner to the leadership
Detailed analysis of the company's financial results and economic situation as well as preparation of reports and conclusions
Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting
Preparation of management and investors’ reports
CF supervision
Responsibility for financial, tax and legal matters
Supervision over the company's accounting processes in order to comply with legal obligations
Defining and implementing appropriate processes and procedures to ensure the best performance of the company by favoring digital solutions
Representing the company in contacts with banks, insurers, tax office, ZUS and in the future with the auditor
Active participation in future venture financing processes,
Creation of controlling processes and their supervision

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, master’s degree or MBA
Experience in a senior management position
Thorough knowledge of corporate finance, commercial law, tax law and controlling
Knowledge of retail sector
Excellent English language skills - both written and spoken
Business focus and prioritization skills
Startup/VC experience (nice to have)
Audit background in Big4 companies (nice to have)
ACCA/CIMA qualifications (nice to have)
