Your responsibilities

  • You are a co-designer of our People & Culture team and organizational development; also internationally.
  • You identify personnel development needs, select suitable formats, and implement the measures in practice for the entire organization in Poland.
  • You are a consultant, coach, and sparring partner for our specialists, experts, people managers, and executives in all questions of personnel and organizational development, also internationally.
  • Your support of change processes helps our teams to develop their full potential.
  • You manage conflict mediation.
  • Your professional knowledge of performance problems is also in demand.
  • Conception, execution, and practical transfer in virtual training, workshops, and live settings.
  • You effectively manage the training schedule and maintain contacts with external partners.

Our requirements

  • You have several years of professional experience as a Development Expert in HR and organizational development or in a comparable position.
  • You have conceptual skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and a hands-on mentality.
  • You work independently, structured, and creatively.
  • You develop new projects actively and from the user's point of view.
  • You have certificates and experience in coaching, training, and mediation and as a sparring partner of the business (incl. labor law, BEM, salary structure, international personnel deployment).
  • You are fluent in English (German is an advantage).
