Your responsibilities
- Work in scrum methodology on creating and maintaining code responsible for in-game functions on various code layers
- Develop and create new game features and enhancements bringing huuuge business value to our product
- Code in C++, LUA or Unity
- Have impact on feature delivery by estimating the time required for assigned tasks and completing them in project timeframe
- Troubleshoot issues and solve problems if necessary
- Proactively seek gaps and opportunities to improve functionality and technical standards
- Work closely with members of the team including Product Managers, SW architects and other technology teams, all of this in multi language environment
Our requirements
- 2 years (or more) of professional experience in C++, Python, C#/Unity or similar
- Ability to adapt to working with existing code base,
- Knowledge of GIT, Teamcity, bitbucket
- Excellent communication and cooperation skills
- Consistency and obstinacy to deliver high quality code and solutions
- English B2 level
- Can do and positive attitude
- Ability and ease to work with different languages and open mindset to learn new technologies
- Readiness to learn LUA scripting language or (even better) experience with this lightweight scripting language
- Readiness to evolve into Full Stack developer willing to dive in JAVA (server side), k8s, netty, docker, aws, etc.
- The ability to debug/optimize code
- Creative thinking in problem-solving
- Experience in programming for mobile platforms – iOS and Android
- Experience in the gaming industry
