During my trip, the driver stopped the journey and forced us out of the car simply because we asked him to close the window, as our small child was feeling cold. The driver refused to close the window, claiming it would make him hot and wet, and stated that he did not care that the child was cold, telling us to “dress the child.” After that, he told us to get out, saying he would not continue the trip.
As a result, our journey was not completed, and we were left with a two-year-old child before reaching our destination. I am requesting a full refund for the trip that was not fully carried out
