This is mainly for benefit of other Polish SAP colleagues, maybe RED will attempt to improve their ways having read what follows but I won't hold my breath. Both UK and PL based recruiters are one of the worst in the industry despite apparent company size. Normally they request resumes providing close to zero upfront info. regarding project so there is the same close to zero understanding if there's basic fit or not, if financials are more or less in order and so on. Other recruitment agencies do it much, much better. When I'm cold-contacted by RED I'm actually sure at very start there won't be any good outcome out of conversation as after asking basic questions they don't follow-up. Not an issue for me as there are others with much better standards and where consultants aren't treated as "meat" to process in the grinder or resources to bump stats for acquired CVs which are requested for submission blindly, what both is simply insulting.
