I would not recommend this company. There are no meaningful salary raises for employees, and while management frequently promises bonuses, they rarely materialize for the people who actually do the work. Meanwhile, it seems that bonuses and salary increases are reserved for directors and senior management. The company lacks clear procedures and well-defined processes, resulting in a chaotic work environment where responsibilities are unclear. Accountability is another major issue—when problems arise, it often feels like no one is willing to take ownership or make decisions. There is a constant shortage of staff, yet the company appears unwilling to hire enough people to support the workload. At times, it feels like there are more directors than employees actually doing the day-to-day work, leaving too few people to handle operational tasks. The company also does not seem to value or care about long-term employees. Loyalty and experience are not recognized or rewarded, which makes it difficult to stay motivated. The working conditions are also unnecessarily rigid. Employees are allowed only one day of remote work per week, and being even a minute late on office days can result in being called into a meeting to explain yourself. This creates a culture of micromanagement rather than trust. The only truly positive aspect of working here was my colleagues. The employees in non-management roles were supportive, hardworking, and always willing to help each other. They were the main reason the workplace remained bearable despite the company's many organizational and management issues.

We are a small carrier company from Poland and honestly, working with RPM has been a nightmare last momths. For months we have been waiting for our money. We do the transports, send invoices, send documents, and then nothing. Or the invoice gets rejected for some unclear reason. Nobody can explain properly what is wrong. One person says one thing, another person says something completely different, and we are left with no payment and no clear answer. This is not how business should work. We are not a big company that can wait forever for money. We have drivers to pay, fuel to pay, leasing, insurance, taxes, everything. RPM expects carriers to do the job on time, but when it comes to paying carriers, suddenly everything becomes complicated. Their rules are confusing, communication is messy, and accounting seems to reject invoices without giving normal explanations. We asked other carriers as well, and they also warned us about working with RPM because of these strange rules and payment problems. At this point we are tired of chasing our own money. We do not want to work with RPM anymore. Small carriers should be very careful with this company. Before you take any load, make sure everything is confirmed in writing and be ready for problems when it is time to get paid.
