I want to share my experience.
I contacted the company Kancelaria Kutsko, which promised to help with both business legalization in Poland and obtaining permanent residency (PR). Unfortunately, after making the payment, everything turned out completely different from what they had promised.
First of all, I was misled regarding business legalization: the process was dragged out endlessly, documents were not prepared on time, promised deadlines were constantly postponed, and the answers to my questions were incomplete and evasive.
Secondly, I was given false information about PR. They promised an “easy and fast” path, which in reality does not correspond to Polish regulations at all. Later, I found out that much of what they told me simply wasn’t true.
As a result, I realize that I was clearly deceived—both in terms of business legalization and PR. No promised results, no professional approach—just wasted time, nerves, and money.
I want to warn others: be careful.
Don’t fall for the manipulations of scammers.
I hope my experience will save someone money and time.
