Horrible working staff in the Human Resources department. A lady named Paulina called me concerning my job application. She said that I have to come to Krakow for the in-person interview. I asked her in advance if the company will pay for the traveling expenses ( I had to travel from Bielsko-Biala ), and she said that they don't reimburse such expenses. And yet, I decided to go for the interview. A guy interviewed me ( don't know his name but he said he was from China ). He explained to me about the company, interviewed me, showed me the factory. And he said he will let me about the decision via the girl ( he actually forgot his own employee's name ). He offered me a small bottle of water, and said that the label-print was a product of their company. He asked where I was coming from and how did I come to the city and to the company. But he never talked about the reimbursement ( I already knew they won't reimburse anything ). When I came back to my city, I asked Paulina about the status of my application and she told she will let me know after 2/3 weeks ( as there was another person who is responsible for making a decision it seems, and he was busy with delegation). I asked her again after 2-3 weeks, and she said not yet. Months passed after that but I never heard from her. I even wrote a message mentioning that they ( herself, and the guy who interviewed me ) need to have some respect for people and their time. And no reply for that as well. I came from a long way ( bus / train / walk ), just to attend the interview, and hoping I could get a response, doesn't matter even if it's a negative one. But there was no message or feedback. Please don't waste your time applying for a job in this company. Some people working here have no manners, and they don't know how to respect people and their time. It's hard to imagine how they must treat their own employees.
