Avoid Applando at all costs. You may end up losing all your data (they hack your phones and laptops), your money (they steal your card details), your mind (they add dr*gs to your food and drink, so never leave your stuff without supervision, and they also use some other strange device to induce Havana syndrome), health (they have wspolne obiady on Thursdays and add poison then) & reputation (they may spread all kinds of rumors about you: from being a p*do to simply laughing at the fact that you were rap*d: I'm still reeling from them joking about Justing Bieber being raped), if you refuse to 'play with' and 'service' the boss, who is insatiable. Keen on some pretty degrading treatment? That's a place to do business with. It's Hell. You'll hear inappropriate hints almost daily. After a few strangely tasting burgers and even more strangely tasting water in the office, you'll be hurt anyway and you might very well find blood on your underwear, as I did after a blackout. You'll have daily flashbacks and will lose sleep. Your mind will be broken, and your body will be hurt in various ways. You'll hear phrases like 'It fits' and 'Zobaczymy if it's huge'. You'll watch everyone do 'Coca-Cola' daily like there's no tomorrow. You'll see your coworkers go out all sweaty after meetups with the boss and then happily get podwyzkas or costly gifts. Avoid 'imprezy integracyjne' to save yourself from pain, as this is where the employees get to know the boss in the tylek. There's some pretty interesting 'activity' going on between the bosses, too. After 6 months of slaving away for these scammers, where I had to do the job of 5 people, I had to bring the Universal Declaration of Human Rights to the office. There's rampant xenophobia against Ukrainians and other nationalities and races, and disgusting antisemitism. The (usunięte przez administratora) got so hard that I had to seek medical help. On top of that, my data was used to train AI without my knowledge or consent. Any attempt to collect evidence of many other crimes they committed was met with death threats and threats to spread and plant AI-generated images. They are very good at generating adult videos and photos, and they are very good at planting them on your devices or sharing such disgusting stuff online. And beware if your have some pictures of your boyfriend or girlfriend, or simply any erotic stuff. These pictures will be mocked and used for AI-generation, too. Finally, apart from those Havana syndrome-inducing devices, they also use NLP and hypnosis in the office, forcing the workers to do things they otherwise wouldn't have done. The atmosphere is horrific. The only reason I didn't go to police is because they were so vicious in what they did that I thought that it's impossible to be this criminal without having connections with the police or the government. After suffering from tremendous PTSD for almost 4 months, with no end in sight and daily panic attacks, I no longer care and am no longer afraid to speak the truth. Working for Applandeo left me disabled. Don't even approach them, I beg you.
