Not recommended, especially if you're visiting Kraków from out of town.
I booked this space at the beginning of October and paid in advance, expecting a straightforward, professional experience. What followed was anything but.
The address provided gives the impression that you can enter the building and find the space immediately. In reality, it is a complex that is extremely difficult to navigate if you're unfamiliar with it. When I tried calling the person in charge for assistance, my calls went unanswered.
After finally locating the place by chance, I discovered that the room I had paid to reserve was occupied by someone else. Our booking was for 15:00, and we arrived at 15:20. There had been no call, no message, and no attempt to contact us to explain the situation.
Taking payment in advance and then leaving customers to find their way through an unfamiliar complex, only to discover that their reserved room is unavailable, is simply unacceptable. The complete lack of communication made an already frustrating situation considerably worse.
There is also a discrepancy between the name Coworking Krakowski and the different name used during the booking process, which only adds to the uncertainty surrounding the service.
I would not recommend this place. If you're coming from outside Kraków, have a scheduled meeting, or are relying on the room for professional work, think twice before booking. A reservation should mean that the space is available when you arrive. That is a basic expectation, not an unreasonable demand.
Update: Following this experience, I was contacted by Cowork-Booker regarding the situation. I appreciated their initiative and professionalism in reaching out and making an effort to address the issue and ensure the quality of their service. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said of the actual venue.
Shortly afterward, I received an email from the venue, not to acknowledge what had happened, apologize for the inconvenience, or offer any explanation, but simply to ask whether I required an invoice. The complete disregard for the circumstances surrounding my visit was astonishing. After leaving a paying customer without assistance, and making no effort to communicate, contacting me solely to discuss administrative matters without even acknowledging the incident was an additional insult.
The contrast is telling: the booking platform made an effort to address the problem, while the venue itself acted as though nothing had happened. This only reinforces my original assessment of the lack of professionalism, customer service, and accountability I experienced. Mistakes can happen in any business. How a business responds to them, however, says considerably more about its standards. In this case, the response has only made an already unacceptable experience worse.
