I have been invited to the recruitment for a position as Billing Specialist with Italian and French. I passed the first four steps (phone call with the polish recruiter, video call with the polish recruiter, phone call and language test with the spanish recruiter, not very friendly by the way, and attitudinal test). I then received an email confirming that I passed the test and my CV was passed on to the manager. After few days, I received an automatic email thanking me for my time etc.etc.
Obviously, it was too difficult for them to read my CV first and to decide if I was fit for the role and then eventually move forward with the recruitment process, they'd raster waste my time forcing me to go through the whole thing before actually have a look at my CV. Absolutely ridiculous.
By the way, I was informed (probably unintentionally, but who cares) that their best proposal for a Billing specialist role is 12.5K PLN gross, so be aware of that.
