About the project
We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to join an international project and take ownership of the end-to-end testing process and quality assurance activities. In this role, you will define the testing strategy, coordinate testing efforts across the project, and collaborate closely with development teams, project managers, and business stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.
Your responsibilities
- Own and manage the testing process and quality assurance activities for a designated product or project.
- Define and maintain test strategies, test concepts, and test plans.
- Coordinate testing activities and allocate testing tasks across the team.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate testing-related risks.
- Monitor testing progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and business representatives to resolve defects and clarify business requirements.
- Ensure testing activities align with project timelines and quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvements in testing processes and best practices.
Our requirements
- Proven commercial experience as a Test Manager.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, processes, and best practices.
- Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent German (minimum B2) – mandatory.
- Professional level of English for working in an international environment.
