Your responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate team activities across the full SDLC lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain validated documentation
- Collaborate closely with engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders on application design and testing
- Drive test strategy and test planning
Our requirements
- Min. 5 years of professional experience within the relevant technology, application or business domain
- Min. 1 year of professional experience managing/leading test teams
- Experience with ITIL and PM
- Experience with test management tools
- Experience in designing and implementing business applications
- Strong problem solving, project planning, systems analysis, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of testing and SDLC activities
- Familiar with software development best practices
- Knowledge of MS Office and Google tools used for collaboration
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
