About the project
We are looking for an experienced System Analyst / Solution Architect to join a project within the banking sector. The person in this role will be responsible for system and business analysis, designing integration solutions, and collaborating with technical and business teams on the development of data products and ETL processes.
A key requirement for this role is experience in the collaterals / collateral management area within the banking environment.
We are looking for someone who combines analytical, architectural, and data-driven competencies while ensuring high standards of documentation, data quality, and system integration.
📍 Location: Warsaw
🏢 Work model: Hybrid – 2 days from the office
🗣️ English level: minimum B2
Your responsibilities
- Creating High Level Design (HLD) and Low Level Design (LLD) documentation
- Analyzing business and technical requirements
- Designing and documenting REST APIs
- Supporting the development of data products and ETL processes
- Data modelling and data architecture design
- Creating BPMN and UML diagrams
- Supporting data governance and data quality initiatives
- Creating Power BI reports and dashboards
- Collaborating with development, business, and architecture teams
- Participating in projects delivered in accordance with SDLC methodologies (Agile / Waterfall / DevOps)
Our requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Analyst or Solution/System Architect
- Experience in the banking sector, particularly in data, credit products, and collaterals areas
- Hands-on experience with: REST API, ETL, Power BI, data modelling, data governance
- Experience in collateral management / collaterals area
- Knowledge of BPMN and UML
- Ability to gather and document business and technical requirements
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience in technical documentation creation
- English proficiency at minimum B2 level
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Good organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Understanding of enterprise architecture principles
- Experience with Snowflake platform
- Knowledge of Python
- Knowledge of GitHub
- Experience working with data products
