About the project
Our client is a leading telecommunications infrastructure operator in Poland.
As part of the planned reinforcement of project teams for the period September–December 2026, we are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to support the delivery of transformation and development projects in the area of OSS/BSS applications.
The role will involve designing scalable and secure enterprise solutions, supporting development and analysis teams, and working closely with Enterprise Architects and Product Owners to ensure the delivery of optimal technical solutions.
Your responsibilities
- Define solution architecture for enterprise applications and transformation initiatives.
- Design logical and physical architectures tailored to business and technical requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development and business analysis teams.
- Identify and assess technical risks and dependencies.
- Recommend optimal technology solutions and architectural approaches.
- Support technical analysis and decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
- Cooperate closely with Enterprise Architects, Product Owners and other technology stakeholders.
- Support the delivery of transformation and development projects within the OSS/BSS application landscape.
- Ensure that proposed solutions meet relevant application security and integration standards.
Our requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Solution Architect.
- Proven experience designing enterprise-class applications
- Strong experience with system integration using technologies such as: REST APIs, SOAP, messaging queues, event-driven architecture.
- Ability to design and document both logical and physical solution architectures.
- Good understanding of application security principles and practices.
- Proven experience conducting technical analyses and supporting software development teams.
- Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and integration patterns.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
- Previous experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Knowledge of OSS/BSS systems and architectures.
- Experience delivering business or technology transformation projects.
- Experience working in complex enterprise environments with multiple technology and business stakeholders.
