About the project
We are looking for a strong technical Solution Architect to design and integrate enterprise Legal Operations platforms in a global environment.
This is a hands-on architecture role focused on cloud, integration, and SaaS platform architecture (not conceptual / enterprise-only architecture).
Your responsibilities
- Design end-to-end solution architecture for Legal Operations
- Integrate SaaS platforms into enterprise IT landscape
- Define NFRs (security, scalability, compliance)
- Lead architecture discussions with vendors and IT teams
- Review existing architecture and reduce technical debt
- Run PoCs and evaluate new technologies
- Create architecture documentation (diagrams, UML)
Our requirements
- 7–10+ years in Solution / Enterprise Architecture
- Strong background in Legal / Compliance / Legal Operations systems
- (Matter Management, DMS, Legal Spend, Contract Management)
- Strong experience in cloud (AWS/Azure) + integration architecture
- Experience with SaaS enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce)
- Knowledge of API, middleware, integration patterns
- Experience in global enterprise environments
- LegalTech / RegTech experience
- MuleSoft or similar integration tools
- Snowflake / data platforms exposure
- AI / automation in enterprise systems
