Your responsibilities
- Do you want to make the social media universe better and more colorful with exciting video content?
- You conceive, plan, shoot and produce informative and entertaining video content with high quality standards in consultation with international internal and external stakeholders
- You are an expert in the technical part of filming and editing videos - you are not afraid to travel to various locations - You have experience in producing and designing authentic video content for social media platforms (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
- You take responsibility for the activities of our social media presences on TikTok, Youtube & Instagram
- You know exactly how to check and improve the success of the content produced with the help of tools and key figures
- With your high affinity for digital media and your interest in new trends, you actively monitor the market and keep yourself constantly up to date - Independent project management and close cooperation with interfaces such as performance and brand marketing, as well as designers and international colleagues round off your area of responsibility.
Our requirements
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience in social media marketing and/or video creation (filming, post-production, editing, animation)
- You have excellent English skills - other foreign languages are an advantage
- An affinity for dogs, cats and/or horses should be a given - ideally you own animals yourself so you can create videos with them
- You have extensive experience in setting up and managing professional social media presences, especially on YouTube and/or TikTok - You are active on social media as a heavy user and digital native and also enjoy being in front of the camera
- You find it easy to present even complex topics in an entertaining and appealing way - Terms such as "interaction rate", "CTR", "CPM" and "conversion rate" are a natural part of your vocabulary
- You want to work with a young team of content marketing professionals to optimize existing digital content and create new content
- You are outgoing, communicative and adapt quickly to new structures – intercultural experience is an advantage
