About the project
We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join a project focused on ensuring the quality of a mobile application ecosystem and CRM system.
The role is primarily focused on manual functional and regression testing of iOS and Android applications, close cooperation with the development and product teams, and comprehensive defect reporting and analysis. The position also includes opportunities to contribute to test automation.
Your responsibilities
- Perform manual functional, regression, integration and exploratory testing.
- Test mobile applications on iOS and Android.
- Test CRM systems and related functionalities.
- Design and execute test cases and test scenarios based on business and technical requirements.
- Identify, analyse, document and track software defects.
- Manage defects and testing activities using JIRA.
- Perform API testing using REST APIs, Postman and Swagger.
- Work with SQL and relational databases to validate application data.
- Cooperate closely with developers, business analysts, product owners and other QA engineers.
- Support and participate in test automation activities.
- Contribute to web and mobile test automation using tools such as Appium, Selenium or Playwright.
- Support testing throughout the mobile application release process, including experience with App Store and Google Play publication workflows.
Our requirements
- 5+ years of commercial experience as a QA Engineer / Software Tester.
- 3+ years of commercial experience in mobile application testing.
- Strong hands-on experience in manual QA, particularly functional and regression testing.
- Commercial experience testing both iOS and Android applications.
- Experience testing mobile applications and CRM systems.
- Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with REST API testing and Postman.
- Practical knowledge of JIRA and defect management processes.
- Understanding of the mobile application release and publication process for App Store and Google Play.
- Experience with at least one web test automation framework, preferably Selenium or Playwright.
- Experience with Appium and C#.
- Experience with Selenium and/or Playwright.
- Experience in mobile test automation.
- Experience in web test automation.
- Experience in performance test automation.
- Knowledge of Python.
