Your responsibilities
- Gather, analyse and document business, regulatory and system requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for development teams.
- Create and refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Analyse business processes and data flows to support solution design.
- Assess the impact of changes and manage dependencies across systems and teams.
- Collaborate closely with Business, Architecture, Development, QA and Operations teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Support solution delivery in an Agile environment.
- Perform root cause analysis and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Our requirements
- Proven experience as an IT Analyst, Business Analyst or System Analyst.
- Hands-on experience with requirements engineering and business/system analysis.
- Experience in business process modelling.
- Strong knowledge of user story creation and acceptance criteria definition.
- Experience with data analysis and data mapping.
- Understanding of system integrations and API concepts.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and enterprise-level IT solutions.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Practical knowledge of KYC, AML, Customer Due Diligence (CDD), onboarding or related regulatory processes.
- Previous experience in the banking or financial services sector.
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher (both written and spoken).
- Knowledge of SQL is considered an advantage.
