About the project
We are looking for experienced IT consultants to join a large-scale modernization program within the financial services sector.
The program focuses on the transformation and modernization of complex enterprise environments, combining Generative AI, legacy and mainframe modernization, cloud transformation, data migration, and modern software architecture.

- Work with AI-assisted modernization of complex enterprise systems
- GenAI modernization accelerators
- LLM architecture and prompt engineering
- Agentic AI design
- RAG architecture
- ML lifecycle management and AI governance

- Business rule extraction using AI
- Source-to-target conversion accelerators
- Test generation frameworks
- Legacy system reverse engineering
