Obowiązki
- Know-how capitalization & product standardization throughout the development of technical bricks, lessons learned from previous projects, product validations, return on experience and standards creation
- Performing Design Reviews for all projects for his (her) scope of ownership, assessing technical risks and evaluating the implementation of technical solutions
- Supporting the engineering teams in solving complex technical issues, actively participating in problem-solving, representing the company in front of customers and/or supplier when needed
- Developing technical training modules covering his (her) scope of ownership
Wymagania
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or a related field)
- Proficiency in English and Polish (both written and spoken)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in an interdisciplinary engineering environment (preferably in design, testing, expertise of electrical motors)
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical principles
- Analytical and inquisitive mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work with international teams
