About the project
As the Product Owner for ServiceNow CMDB, you will take ownership of the vision and roadmap, ensuring the CMDB becomes the single source of truth for configuration data across the enterprise.
You will work closely with stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to drive adoption, data quality, governance, and continuous improvement of the platform.
Your responsibilities
- Define and own the ServiceNow CMDB product vision, roadmap, and priorities, ensuring alignment with business and IT objectives.
- Drive the transformation of CMDB into a single source of truth for configuration and service data across the enterprise.
- Lead the adoption and implementation of CSDM (Common Service Data Model), ensuring consistent data modeling and governance standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to improve data quality, CMDB governance, and platform adoption.
- Oversee CMDB integrations and data flows across enterprise systems, ensuring accurate, complete, and reliable configuration data.
Our requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in enterprise IT environments
- Deep expertise in ServiceNow CMDB
- Strong knowledge of Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
- Solid understanding of ITIL Configuration Management principles
- Experience with data modeling and integration patterns
- Understanding of enterprise architecture concepts
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to define product vision, roadmap, and priorities
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and enterprise-scale environments
- Fluent English
