Your responsibilities
- Optimization of existing recipees in close cooperation with internal and external interfaces, development of new products for our own brands as well as for our private label customers
- Preparation of declarations and specifications
- Support with the planning and commissioning of our new plant in Nowy Tomyśl
- Technical responsibility for raw materials: technical assessment and qualification of new raw materials and new suppliers for use in our products, projects on raw materials in close cooperation with the interfaces
- Third level feeding advice and handling of complaints concerning palatability/ digestibility
- Participation in quality projects in cooperation with the interfaces • Technical training of employees as well as customers at home as well as abroad • Attendance of national and international trade and end customer fairs
Our requirements
- Degree in nutritional/agricultural sciences or a related course of study (e.g. veterinary medicine, biology) with a focus on animal nutrition/feed science
- Well-founded knowledge in ration calculation and feeding of dogs & cats; experience in dietetics
- Customer-oriented, flexible action as well as analytical thinking even under high work pressure
- Very good English skills (min. B2) (alternatively: very Good German language skills and the willingness to improve the English skills)
- High motivation to work in an international team
- Willingness to work at our location in Kleinheubach (Germany) for some periods, especially during the onboarding
