Obowiązki
- End‑to‑end accountability for delivery quality and customer satisfaction in the Security domain.
- Team‑level budget ownership and responsibility for profitability (team share model).
- Recruitment, development, and mentoring of consultants.
- Active participation in sales: presales, shaping offers, customer meetings, and trusted advisor engagements.
- Collaboration with HQ (sales, legal, finance, marketing) while retaining operational responsibility.
- Implementation and enforcement of security standards and services.
- Building and scaling the Security Practice in Poland, including service portfolio development.
Wymagania
- 8+ years of experience in IT/Security roles.
- 4+ years in senior leadership positions (CISO, Deputy CISO, Head of Security, Security Practice Lead).
- Proven consulting experience with enterprise clients.
- Strong advisory capability and comfort working with executives.
Oferujemy
- Deep knowledge of ISMS, ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA, CRA, AI Act.
- Experience with OT/ICS security or AI governance is a strong advantage.
- Ability to design and deliver complex security programs end‑to‑end.
