Your responsibilities
- Support the Chief Operating Officer in the execution of the Company’s strategic and operational objectives through the preparation of business analyses, recommendations, reports and decision-support materials.
- Coordinate operational initiatives led by the COO and monitor progress against agreed plans, milestones and performance measures.
- Oversee the implementation of executive decisions, ensuring accountability for actions, monitoring deadlines and proactively identifying risks that may impact organisational goals.
- Collect, consolidate, validate and analyse data from multiple sources, translating findings into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations.
- Support the monitoring of operational and capital expenditure budgets through expenditure analysis, variance tracking and identification of inconsistencies.
- Facilitate effective collaboration across business functions, senior leadership teams and key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects and strategic initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement and support the design, implementation and optimisation of business processes.
- Represent the COO and, where required, the Company in internal and external interactions, while preparing communications, briefing papers and executive-level materials.
Our requirements
- Degree-level education.
- A minimum of five years professional experience in operational management, business analysis, programme coordination or a related discipline.
- At least three years’ experience leading teams, coordinating cross-functional activities or managing organisational initiatives.
- Strong analytical capability, with demonstrable experience in data analysis and business performance evaluation.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proven ability to prepare high-quality reports, presentations and decision-making materials for senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, self-directed approach, with a strong sense of accountability and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- English language proficiency at B2–C1 level or equivalent.
- Postgraduate qualification in Management, Finance, Controlling, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
- Experience gained within a technology, engineering, manufacturing or project-based organisation.
- Experience in business process design, continuous improvement initiatives, organisational change and transformation programmes.

About the Role
