Obowiązki

Lead and mentor a team of designers, ensuring their work consistently meets high standards
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute design strategies
Guide the end-to-end design process, always with a user-centric focus
Establish and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure coherence across products and platforms
Conduct user research, usability testing and gather feedback to refine and enhance designs
Advocate for user needs and advocate for user-centric design principles throughout the organization
Work collaboratively with stakeholders to grasp business objectives and translate them into innovative design solutions
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in design, technology, and user experience

A minimum of 8 years' experience in UX/UI design or a related field, with a robust portfolio demonstrating your design expertise and leadership abilities
Proficiency in standard UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Miro, Mural, and user testing tools
Proven track record of leading and managing design teams, coupled with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in user research, usability testing, and integrating feedback into design iterations
Solid understanding of agile development processes and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments

Experience in project result control and measurement
Proficiency in conflict resolution and management
High-level understanding of front-end development and tech architecture principles
Background in pre-sale activities
Strong visual / graphic design skills
Experience in enterprise-level projects
Familiarity with establishing Design Operations and creating design systems development methodologies
